Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg , another renowned property of an international hotel chain has selected the Spa & Sport Software Reservation Assistant.

Relaxation „on top“ ist the motto of Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg. The five star hotel has recently opened an exclusive 630 square meter wellness and fitness world on two floors, overlooking the Alster and Elbe. Approximately 1.8 million Euro have been invested in this remarkable facility on the Fleet island.

The Spa Software solution Reservation Assistant exceeds the expectations of Steigenberger:  “Spa Management is supported perfectly, both operatively as well as strategically. Every year the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Chamber of Commerce of Austria award the most successful exporters. Increased Customer Service

Starting on 1st. June Alexandra Mandl joins the TAC Customer Service team. Having worked for many years as head of the therapy in Rogner-Bad Blumau, Alexandra knows all procedures within and all around Spas through her own experience. Even more so she has been using Reservation Assistant actively since more than 3 years already and has been giving valuable inputs that contributed greatly to the software's development.
