Reservation Assistant Spa software in the hotel Sacher

The Hotel Sacher in Vienna, a real Austrian institution, has recently chosen the innovative spa software Reservation Assistant of TAC. 

The Hotel Sacher belongs to Vienna like the state opera, the ferries wheel (Riesenrad), the Fiaker and the Lipizzaner. After a renovation work the hotel “Sacher” now lights up in a new gloss, prettier than ever.

Hotel boss Elisabeth Gürtler focuses on the further development and has extended the renowned house in the course of the rebuilding by a three hundred square meter large beauty and wellness spa.  But not only had the noble luxury hotel with its incomparable charm made the name “Sacher” famous far beyond the borders of Austria.The Original Sacher-Torte, which is fifty years older than the hotel, became the world’s most famous chocolate cake.  So, no wonder that the hotel Sacher Vienna with its chocolate authority developed its own "Sacher Hot Chocolate Treatment" line for the new Spa. 

Almost the entire Reservation Assistant Product Suite is in use. The focus is on all functions with which the guest service can be further improved- the CRM module and the Membership-Management module for the perfect support of the exclusive Spa Members.
