“We have been working with Reservation Assistant since 2003 and have had very good experiences with the software. Our system landscape is very complex and grew steadily over the past years, mainly driven by RA which is one of our most important IT solutions. We use Reservation Assistant in the entire resort, which means in several spa departments, in the medical center, in the thermal bath, two golf courses and six restaurants. Also we administer our voucher sales and contract management with TAC´s system. Despite of these many technical possibilities, guest service is the overall priority in our resort.
