TAC expand their Chicago operations center and open a new sales office in Atlanta. Brian Cunningham announced as Regional Vice President of North American Sales.

TAC´s new mobile app allows spa guests to make reservations, book a table or buy vouchers and products from any mobile device and on Facebook. This innovation will be presented at ITB Berlin from 7 to 11 March 2012.

For 20 years the Swiss Hotel Management School has been educating future General Managers. From now the students will practice successful spa management with the Spa & Activity Software “Reservation Assistant” by Austrian software vendor TAC.

TAC adds some new functionalities to its web shop for SPAs and wellness operations. Guests can have their online vouchers and products gift-wrapped and delivered to their homes.
